1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service apply to the BEZ Studio website, BEZ ID accounts, game pages, download features, support pages and other services that link to these Terms. The Privacy Notice, Acceptable Use Policy, and any game-specific license or end-user license agreement shown with a release also form part of the rules that apply to your use of BEZ Studio.
2. Age requirement and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create a BEZ ID or use account-gated download features. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or legal guardian for a minor to use an online service, you must have that permission before creating an account.
You must provide truthful eligibility information. Your date of birth entered during signup must be your real date of birth. Falsifying your age, using another person's date of birth, falsely claiming required parent or guardian permission, or otherwise providing misleading information to bypass an age requirement is a violation of these Terms.
If BEZ Studio reasonably determines that an account was created using false eligibility information, or that the account holder does not meet the applicable age requirement, the account may be restricted, suspended or deleted, subject to applicable law. If BEZ Studio learns that an account belongs to a child who is not legally permitted to use the service, BEZ Studio may take steps to close the account and handle associated information in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Notice.
3. Creating and using a BEZ ID
When creating an account, you must provide an email address you are authorized to use and an appropriate display name. You may not create an account using another person's identity, falsely represent that you are another person or organization, or create accounts for deceptive, abusive or unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure. Do not sell, transfer, rent or share access to your BEZ ID. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, change your password and contact BEZ Studio through the official support channels.
BEZ Studio may require email verification before allowing access to downloads, library features or other account functions. Creating multiple accounts to evade a restriction, ban, download control or security measure is not allowed.
4. Account information must stay accurate
You are responsible for keeping account information reasonably accurate and current. You may update supported account information through the available account settings. BEZ Studio is not responsible for loss of access caused by an email address or other account information that you can no longer access.
5. Free accounts and future paid features
BEZ ID accounts are currently offered without an account fee. Some games or features may also be offered free of charge. If BEZ Studio introduces paid games, subscriptions or other paid services in the future, the price and any additional purchase, refund or license terms will be shown before purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Game downloads and licenses
Downloading a BEZ Studio game gives you a limited right to use that released build for personal use, subject to these Terms and any game-specific license or EULA. A download does not transfer ownership of the game, source code, artwork, audio, trademarks, characters or other intellectual property.
Unless a game-specific license clearly allows it, you may not sell, repackage or redistribute BEZ Studio games; claim BEZ Studio content as your own; remove ownership or copyright notices; use game assets in another product; or bypass technical restrictions. This restriction does not prevent anything that applicable law specifically permits despite a contractual restriction.
7. Downloads, installation and device responsibility
You are responsible for checking that your device meets the listed system requirements, maintaining appropriate backups and deciding whether to install or run downloaded software. Operating systems or security products may display warnings for new or unsigned applications. Such a warning does not by itself mean a file is malicious.
BEZ Studio takes reasonable steps to provide official releases through its own download flow, but no software or online service can be guaranteed to be completely free from defects, interruptions or incompatibilities. Only use download links presented through the official BEZ Studio website or other official BEZ Studio channels.
8. Updates, patches and older versions
Games and services may receive updates, patches, balance changes, bug fixes or compatibility changes. Older versions may stop being supported or may be removed from distribution. An update may change features, system requirements, save compatibility or online functionality.
9. Acceptable use
You must use BEZ Studio lawfully and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not:
- attack, overload, disrupt or deliberately damage the website, authentication system, downloads or infrastructure;
- attempt to bypass authentication, age gates, email verification, account restrictions or download controls;
- use bots, scripts or automated requests in a way that creates unreasonable load or interferes with normal use;
- upload, distribute or link malicious software through BEZ Studio services;
- impersonate another person, staff member, developer or organization;
- use another person's account without authorization;
- create or use accounts to evade a suspension or other enforcement action;
- use BEZ Studio to commit fraud, harassment, infringement or other unlawful activity.
10. Security research and vulnerabilities
Do not exploit a security issue to access data, accounts or systems you are not authorized to access, and do not damage or disrupt the service while testing. If you discover a possible security vulnerability, report it privately through the official Contact or Security page so it can be investigated.
11. Intellectual property
BEZ Studio and its games, branding, logos, website design, written content, artwork, audio and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, libraries, platforms and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
You may link to public BEZ Studio pages and discuss or review BEZ Studio games. You may not use BEZ Studio branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, partnership, employment or official approval.
12. Feedback
If you voluntarily send suggestions, bug reports or general feedback, you allow BEZ Studio to use that feedback to improve its games and services without an obligation to pay you for the idea. This does not transfer ownership of unrelated original work that you clearly identify as your own.
13. Third-party services and links
BEZ Studio may rely on or link to third-party services for hosting, authentication, file delivery, analytics, infrastructure or other functions. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. BEZ Studio is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.
14. Privacy
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice. Account authentication and email verification may be provided by third-party infrastructure providers. You should review the Privacy Notice before creating an account.
15. Suspension and termination
BEZ Studio may restrict, suspend or terminate an account, or block access to specific features, when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to fraud or security concerns, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or address serious or repeated abuse.
Where appropriate, BEZ Studio may use a warning or temporary restriction before permanent action. Serious abuse, deliberate security attacks, fraudulent age or identity information, repeated ban evasion, malicious activity or unlawful conduct may result in immediate action.
You may stop using BEZ Studio at any time and may request account deletion using the available account-deletion process.
16. Service availability
BEZ Studio may add, change, suspend or discontinue games, pages, features or services. Maintenance, hosting outages, third-party failures, security incidents or other events may temporarily make all or part of the service unavailable. BEZ Studio does not guarantee that every feature or download will remain available permanently.
17. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BEZ Studio services and free releases are provided on an “as available” basis. BEZ Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free software, permanent availability, compatibility with every device, or that every issue will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies or other rights that applicable consumer law says cannot be excluded or limited.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BEZ Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of data, loss of progress or loss caused by incompatible software, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
You remain responsible for maintaining backups and taking reasonable precautions before installing software. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
19. Responsibility for your misuse
You are responsible for your own violations of these Terms and for unlawful or unauthorized activity carried out through your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to keep the account secure. BEZ Studio may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where legally required.
20. Changes to these Terms
BEZ Studio may update these Terms when the service, games, legal requirements or business practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published. Material changes should be communicated through the website or another reasonable method. Where required by law, additional consent will be requested.
21. If part of these Terms is invalid
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
22. No transfer of rights
Your BEZ ID and the rights granted to you under these Terms are personal to you. You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms to another person without permission, except where applicable law gives you a right to do so.
23. Applicable law and mandatory rights
These Terms are not intended to take away rights that cannot legally be waived. Mandatory consumer, privacy, child-protection and other laws that apply to you or to BEZ Studio continue to apply regardless of anything written here.
